OBJECTIVE

With the design of your new website, there are provisions to talk about your attorneys. We have 3 options for doing this, depending on how much information you wish to display about your attorneys.

We will discuss each option in the following sections of this questionnaire. Then, at the end, we will ask you to select which option works best for you.

OPTION #1: FULL DISPLAY OF ATTORNEYS

A) If you wish, you can show a lot of information about your attorneys. We can show their photo and name (as well as their email address and contact phone number if desired) on the homepage, and then if a visitor clicks on that photo, they will be taken to a separate page about that attorney.

B) That separate page will contain 2 or 3 short paragraphs about that attorney, such as their background, area of specialization, etc. (We can even include some personal information about that attorney, such as family, hobbies, etc.)

--> Requirements for Option #1
* We will need a good formal photo of each attorney, ideally something shot in a studio that you could imagine seeing in a corporate brochure, directory of attorneys, etc. Low-resolution photos taken by a cell phone would probably not work.
* Their name. We could also include their email address and contact phone number if desired.
* We would also need 2 or 3 short paragraphs of written information about each attorney. You would either write those yourself, or you could give us all the information and we can write the paragraphs.

OPTION #2: LIMITED DISPLAY OF ATTORNEYS

We could limit the presentation of attorneys just to the homepage only. We would show their photo and name, and we could also display their email address and contact phone number if desired.

--> Requirements for Option #2
* We will need a good formal photo of each attorney, ideally something shot in a studio that you could imagine seeing in a corporate brochure, directory of attorneys, etc. Low-resolution photos taken by a cell phone would probably not work.
* We would also need each attorney's name. If you want, we could also list that attorney's email address and contact telephone number.

OPTION #3: NO DETAILS ABOUT EACH INDIVIDUAL ATTORNEY

We would not show any photos or details of each attorney. Instead, on a couple of places in the website, we would make some general statement about your team of attorneys, such as is on your current website:

"The Law Offices of A. Erwin Bautista maintains a professional, highly educated and dedicated people to perform superior legal service and advisory services to our clients. Its team of contract attorneys has acquired extensive local and international legal experience in litigation, immigration and international business and it team of analysts and consultants has more that 10-years extensive research and analysis experienced in business law, economics, marketing and finance.

Our education and mentoring program continues to prime our attorneys and analysts; this enables our team to swiftly adapt to the dynamic changes in the legal environment. We are in the process of developing a self-sponsored development program, and we are prepared to invest our resources to ensure the success of this program."

Please choose which option works best for you:

Option #1 - Photo and name (+ contact details) on homepage, more details on separate page
Option #2 - Only photo and name (+contact details) on homepage, no separate page for each attorney
Option #3 - No photo on homepage or separate page, just general mention in a couple of places about your team of attorneys
